Overview

As Talent & Culture Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in shaping a workplace where team members feel valued, supported, and set up for success. You'll be a trusted presence throughout their journey - from onboarding to engagement and development - helping to shape a culture where every team member can thrive.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate team member records and documentation with confidentiality and care.
  • Contribute to meaningful team member engagement initiatives - recognition, communication, and connection will be part of your everyday work.
  • Assist with Talent Acquisition, including job postings, interview coordination, and pre-employment checks.
  • Assist with Learning & Development coordination, helping team members to access training and growth opportunities that match their ambitions.
  • Help implement policies and processes that reflect high standards of our hotel and the needs of our team.
  • Support probation review and appraisal processes by tracking timelines and following up with managers.
  • Support day-to-day HR operations, from absence management to contract administration, ensuring consistency and fairness.
  • Provide administrative support for disciplinary, grievance, and performance management meetings in line with company procedures.
  • Act as a friendly and reliable point of contact for team members queries, always demonstrating empathy, discretion, and professionalism.
