The Role
We’re seeking a proactive Talent Management Advisor/ Specialist to drive and support the delivery of key talent processes ranging fromperformance management, competency frameworks, and training strategy. This role will directly influence how we develop people, align capability with business needs, and build a culture of continuous improvement.
You’ll work closely with business leaders, HR, and key departments to ensure our approach is aligned to both internal strategic priorities and external standards such as IATF 16949.
You’ll play a critical role in shaping how talent is recognised, developed, and retained across our business. Your work will directly influence performance, capability, and culture during a pivotal moment of transformation.
