Support Worker – Darlington

Young Person Supported Accommodation

Full-time, including evenings, weekends, sleeping nights and bank holidays.

The Role

As a National Employer of the Year winner, ROC Solid are looking for full-time Support Workers to join our service, delivering support services to our young people aged 16 – 18.

As a Support Worker, you will provide additional supervision and support to help young people into independence and help them on their journey to acquire essential life skills i.e., understanding benefits, budgeting, cooking, tenancy management and accessing education or training. Our young people are supported in their own self-contained apartments at a single Ofsted registered location.

Pay Rate

£27,133.60

Sleep in allowance at £50 per night

Shift information

Full-time – 40 hours per week

Between 9 – 11 sleep-ins per month

Weekend work with every third weekend off

3-week rolling rota
