Falcon Mews A supported living services for adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Learning Disabilities and Mental Health needs. Some of the individuals we support may also show behaviours that may be described as challenging.

Support Worker Duties

• Supporting residents to develop independence and life skills
• Assisting people to achieve daily goals & daily activities
• Assisting with the development of person centred plans
• This includes employment, education and other opportunities
• Maintaining records and drawing up risk assessments
• Providing personal care where needed
• Supporting people in undertaking daily activities or development

Qualifications

If you have previous experience as a support worker or healthcare assistant would be beneficial. If not, don’t worry if you have no experience as this isn’t necessary and full training will be provided. We are just looking for caring and compassionate people who want to make a difference to people’s lives.
