Job Role

As a Support Worker, you will:

  • Provide person-centered care and support to residents with learning disabilities and mental health conditions.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration.
  • Promote independence, choice, and inclusion in all aspects of life.
  • Support residents in managing emotional well‑being and engaging in meaningful activities.
  • Maintain accurate records and follow care plans.

Hours: 18 hours per week (flexible shifts, including weekends).
