About The Role

Support Worker – Port Talbot -£12.60 – £12.80 per hour | Full Time (40.25 hrs) | Day & Night Shifts Available

At Coed Parc House in Cwmavon (near Port Talbot), you’ll be part of a warm, supportive team working in a modern service where every individual has their own self-contained apartment designed around their needs. This is your chance to be part of something special.

As a Support Worker, you will:

  • Support individuals with daily living, personal care, and meaningful activities.
  • Build strong, positive relationships that help individuals grow in confidence.
  • Promote independence and encourage people to make their own choices.
  • Work collaboratively with families and other professionals.

Both day and waking night shifts are available, giving you flexibility to balance work and home life.

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need experience — just the right attitude. We can teach you the rest.

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Kind, patient, and compassionate.
  • A great communicator and a good listener.
  • Resilient and able to stay calm under pressure.
  • Flexible to work a mix of shifts, including some weekends.
  • A driver - essential part of the role where you will take the individuals out on activities.
