A not-for-profit housing provider is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist customers with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health conditions in Bedworth. The role involves supporting personal care, administering medication, and aiding in social activities. Ideal candidates need strong communication skills, and a caring attitude. The position offers flexible working hours, sector-specific training, and opportunities for career progression. A valid driving license and access to a vehicle are required. Newly appointed staff will receive comprehensive training.

Advance is looking for a Support Worker in Nuneaton, Bedworth and Rugby to support customers with learning disabilities/ autism/ complex needs/ mental health conditions to live the lives they choose. You must have a full UK/International driving licence and access to a vehicle; mileage will be paid for at 0.45p per mile.
