Job summary

Qualifications

  • Must have a full UK/International driving licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Willingness and ability to achieve the Care Certificate.
  • Ability to work every other weekend between 7am and 10:30pm.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with personal care and hygiene.
  • Medication administration when required.
  • Supporting with preparing and cooking meals.
  • Helping with attending medical appointments.
  • Supporting with social activities and independent skills.
  • Managing domestic duties such as cleaning and laundry.
  • Keeping accurate records and updating care plans.

Advance is looking for a Support Worker in Nuneaton, Bedworth and Rugby to support customers with learning disabilities/ autism/ complex needs/ mental health conditions to live the lives they choose. You must have a full UK/International driving licence and access to a vehicle; mileage will be paid for at 0.45p per mile.

Day to Day Activities
  • Assisting with personal care and hygiene (if required)
  • Medication administration (if required)
  • Support with preparing and cooking meals
  • Support with attending medical appointments
  • Support with social activities
  • Support with independent skills
  • Support with domestic duties such as cleaning and laundry
  • Keeping accurate records and updating care plans as required
  • Keeping up to date with your training
