Overview

Are you passionate about making a difference in people\'s lives? We are looking for experienced and compassionate Mental Health Support Workers to join our supported living services in Barrow-in-Furness.

Responsibilities
  • Promoting independence through daily living skills such as cooking, shopping, budgeting, cleaning, and personal care.
  • Supporting individuals to maintain their tenancy and manage responsibilities.
  • Encouraging confidence, social inclusion, and positive relationships.
  • Assisting with reintegration into independent living and the wider community.
  • Delivering person-centred care in line with individual support plans.
About the Service

Our supported living accommodation includes a block of self-contained flats, fully furnished and designed to help people regain independence. Stays typically last between 6 months and 2 years, with tailored support averaging 12+ hours per week.

Shifts Available
  • 9:00am - 5:00pm
  • 1:30pm - 9:30pm
  • 10:00pm - 6:00am
