A leading support service organization in Farnborough is seeking a dedicated professional to provide person-centered support to individuals with mental health needs. You will coordinate support workers and help customers achieve independence through daily assistance and teamwork. Lead support planning and coordinate our Support Workers to deliver person-centred support
Balance support, safeguarding, admin and meetings while guiding colleagues and managing caseloads
Support Customers with daily tasks like budgeting, cooking and attending appointments
Work with multi-agency teams to safeguard and empower our customers
Help customers build independence and prepare for their move‑on into the community

Passion and experience in supporting others ideally in a supported housing setting
Experience assessing referrals and coordinating support
The ability to work under your own initiative, remain calm under pressure and have a resilient approach
Buller Court is a primarily a mental Health support service with customers who may have secondary needs off alcohol/ substance misuse and learning disabilities.
37.5 hours a week including alternative weekends
You will be working a mixture of early and late shifts
This is a customer facing role based in service
You need an Enhanced with barring list (we pay)
We will pay for any business mileage if your vehicle has business insurance.
