We’re looking for a Supply Chain Forecaster to join our team in Kemble.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, or merchandising analysis to step into a role that will directly shape how we serve our customers and support our stores.

What you’ll be doing
  • Leading the forecasting process to provide accurate data for planning and decision-making
  • Improving forecasting and planning systems to drive efficiency and accuracy
  • Working with the Head of Merchandising to manage inbound stock in line with business plans
  • Managing the booking-in team to ensure supplier compliance and smooth warehouse operations
  • Providing clear reporting and insights to key stakeholders
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
  • Experience in demand planning, supply planning, or inventory forecasting (ideally within retail, apparel, footwear, or sports/outdoor brands)
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence with ERP or WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, Netsuite, JDA, etc.)
  • Knowledge of warehouse/inbound operations
  • Excellent communication skills to bring clarity and insight to complex data
  • The ability to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy
What’s in it for you?
  • Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 + yearly bonus up to £1,500
  • Hybrid working to support work-life balance
  • 33 days holiday to recharge and explore the outdoors
  • 40–60% staff discount across our outdoor brands
  • Access to our perks hub for everyday savings

This is more than a forecasting role – it’s about being part of a business that helps people enjoy the outdoors and connects with customers who share the same passion.
