Job summary

A prestigious fashion brand is looking for a Supply Chain Assistant to manage the end-to-end sourcing and production processes. Responsibilities include generating purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, and maintaining order visibility. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in retail merchandising or production, preferably in luxury fashion, and is proficient in Excel and ERP systems. Knowledge of Italian is a plus.

We are recruiting for a Supply Chain Assistant to support with the end-to-end sourcing and production process across multiple channels, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with seasonal timelines. This will include:

  • Generating and maintaining purchase and sales orders for finished goods and packaging across UK and Italian operations.
  • Coordinating with suppliers, warehouses, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and timely order fulfilment.
  • Maintaining production and PO trackers to provide accurate visibility on order status and upcoming deadlines.
  • Assisting with seasonal packaging allocation, shipping documentation, and critical path activities to support timely launches.
Key Skills and Experience
  • At least 1 years experience in retail merchandising or production team, preferably within the luxury fashion industry
  • Experience in generating purchase orders and reports in ERP systems (ideally SAP and Stealth)
  • Very good knowledge of Excel, MS Office
  • Experience of working with European suppliers
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Great communication skills
  • Italian speaking would be advantageous but not a necessity
