Role: Supply Chain Admin
Location: Burgess Hill (Hybrid - 3 days office based)
Hours: Full-time, 12-month contract (inside IR35)
Pay: 17 - 19 per hour PAYE or 22 - 24.45 per hour Umbrella

  • Previous experience in supply chain administration (essential)
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP (highly desirable)
  • Proven administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
  • Confident IT skills, including Excel and reporting tools

The Role:

  • Provide day-to-day support across supply chain operations
  • Manage purchase orders and resolve queries in SAP
  • Ensure data entry and master data management is accurate and up to date
  • Support material set-up, amendments, and updates in systems
  • Monitor supply chain processes to ensure smooth order-to-invoice flow
  • Liaise with internal teams to resolve supply issues and support operational efficiency
  • Contribute to continuous improvement within the supply chain function
