Job description
Overview

Aston Martin is seeking a Supplier Quality Leader to join our Supplier Quality team in Gaydon, supporting the full lifecycle of interior trim components—from supplier selection and part introduction to serial production and warranty. This role sits within our Supplier Quality department, which works closely with engineering, purchasing and production to ensure the highest standards of quality across every stage of vehicle development.

As a key member of the commodity team, you'll lead and coach suppliers, applying your technical expertise in interior systems such as mouldings, leather trim, plating, and carbon fibre. You'll be responsible for auditing processes, developing quality plans, and driving continuous improvement through structured problem-solving and data analysis. Your ability to influence stakeholders and manage relationships across cultures and business levels will be essential.

We're looking for someone with a degree in engineering (or equivalent experience), proven experience in supplier quality management, and a strong grasp of tools like DFMEA, PFMEA, and APQP. You'll need excellent judgement, communication skills, and the flexibility to travel across the UK and internationally.

This is a role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, values collaboration, and is ready to make a meaningful impact. Aston Martin welcomes applicants from all backgrounds and identities—what matters most is your drive to deliver excellence.

The post holder will be required to comply with all policies and procedures issued by and on behalf of Aston Martin Lagonda ltd.
