Job Title: Supplier Governance Executive - Home Claims

Location: Leicester or Bexhill (Hybrid - one day a week in the office)

Role Overview

As our Supply Chain Executive within Home Claims, you'll be supporting all aspects of supply chain management, ensuring the delivery of great customer and business outcomes from our partners and suppliers.

There will be a specific focus on the quality and control of all services provided by suppliers, driving strong visibility and assurance of all activities and driving continuous improvement across customer and business outcomes.

Job Details

You'll need to have demonstrable experience in:

  • Identifying relevant assurance measures and corresponding evidence of supplier adherence to all regulatory, legal, contract and conduct requirements
  • Working with the Supplier Relationship Managers to agree these with suppliers including any contract enhancements
  • Reviewing supplier assurance MI and evidence to assess adherence levels, providing regular departmental and business analysis, feedback and reporting
  • Working with the Supplier Relationship Managers to agree any controls and assurance strengthening actions with suppliers, with plans detailing agreed actions, owners and delivery dates
  • Tracking all actions through to delivery and working with the Supplier team to ensure all supplier risks and controls are updated on the central system to reflect any assurance outputs
  • Organising, coordinating and attending supplier forums, events and meetings as needed and acting as a general SME for internal stakeholders for all matters relating to the assurance of Home Claims partners and suppliers
Essential Skills/Experience

The following are required:

  • Experience within an assurance environment - this should be directly with suppliers or a supply chain within insurance
  • Strong analytical ability - able to demonstrate experience of working with MI and able to communicate this confidently to stakeholders at all levels (both internally and externally)
  • Strong knowledge of financial services and CDM/H&S regulatory and conduct requirements
