Job summary

A leading international company is seeking an experienced professional to oversee rewards management and HR analytics. This role involves developing competitive rewards offerings, creating and managing reports in Workday, and leading improvement projects. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, at least 5 years of relevant experience, and strong analytical skills. This position is home-based in multiple countries including Hungary and Croatia.

Location: Home-based in Hungary, Croatia, Serbia, North Macedonia, Slovenia, Bulgaria, or Romania

Rewards Management
  • Work closely with business units to understand their talent needs and develop a competitive and equitable rewards offering.
  • Implement group-wide reward principles, frameworks, and governance to ensure consistency and fairness across the organization.
  • Identify and manage the delivery of reward priorities in alignment with the HR and business strategy.
  • Educate and advise the HR team on applying and embedding reward principles, frameworks, and governance in all reward decisions.
HR Analytics and Reporting
  • Accountable for the creation, design, and management of reporting, including standard and custom reporting in Workday and related systems.
  • Create and design new custom reports and dashboards to support the HR portfolio and requirements.
  • Implement and interpret diverse people and organizational reports and analyses.
  • Partner with HR and management teams to analyze data, suggest improvements, and plan actions based on insights.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and efficiency in reporting and organizational development.
  • Design and execute presentation materials for multiple audiences impacted by changes to people, processes, and technology.
  • Work with the wider HR, Finance, and IT Projects Team to provide regular progress reviews, identify risks, and propose mitigating actions to ensure agreed deliverables are achieved and benefits are realized.
  • Create real-time solutions that enable up-to-date data availability for all countries, HR, and end-users when needed.
Continuous Improvement
  • Lead or participate in various improvement projects related to rewards, HR analytics, and organizational development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimization and system enhancements.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and trends in rewards and HR analytics.
Qualities/Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in rewards management, HR analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present insights effectively.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in HR information systems, such as Workday, and data visualization tools.
  • Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices related to rewards and HR analytics.
  • Proven track record of leading or contributing to successful projects and initiatives.
  • Experience of working for a company with multiple sites internationally is preferred
