STRUCTURAL DESIGN ENGINEER

Essential Requirements

• Minimum two years' experience within Structural design, including steelwork, reinforced concrete and masonry construction to Euro Code standard
• Proficient use of AutoCAD, Masterseries and TEDDS design software
• Producing detailed structural calculations and sketches
• Preparation of construction drawings and specifications
• Commercial awareness of costing, budgets and quotations
• Report writing
• Site visits to verify construction complies with construction drawings

Desirable Attributes

• Understanding of STAAD.Pro, SCIA and Revit
• Project management and leadership skills
• Willing to work towards or nearing Chartered Status
