Qualifications

Reporting to the Chief of Staff to the CFO, the role focuses on driving commercial growth, improving processes, and supporting transformation projects.

• Drive strategic initiatives focused on growth, commercial performance, and transformation
• Collaborate across teams to support PMO and process improvement projects
• Provide insights for leadership and contribute to strategic decision-making

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in a consulting firm
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel modelling capability
• Background in finance, banking, or due diligence
• Experience in private equity and / or transformation projects preferred
• Ability to create compelling narratives and presentations for senior stakeholders
• Comfortable working in a low-margin, business services environment
