Job summary

A global leader in product manufacturing is seeking a Supply Planner 3PM located in Bishop's Stortford, UK. The successful candidate will lead third-party manufacturing supply planning to ensure on-time delivery and manage inventory effectively. Ideal applicants will have 5–7 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in FMCG, with a strong foundation in SAP and proven capabilities in supply planning. This role requires excellent decision-making skills and collaboration across multiple departments to meet business targets.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years' manufacturing experience, ideally in cosmetics, toiletries, or FMCG.
• Proven track record in internal and external demand and supply planning.
• Experience delivering short-, mid-, and long-term objectives in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead third-party manufacturing supply planning activities to ensure OTIF delivery.
• Oversee materials readiness for production, including packaging and components.
• Drive plan adherence and resolve constraints in real time.

Strong SAP experience in supply chain and production planning

Effective cross-functional collaboration

Complex decision-making

Understanding of materials requirements planning (MRP)
