  • Bringing together the monthly Business Unit Review and Medium-Term Plan for Wholesale.
  • Sharing recommendations with senior leaders, including the Wholesale MD.
  • Tracking key actions and aligning with senior stakeholders.
  • Reporting on key strategic KPIs.
  • Joining up plans with customer and product teams.
  • Digging into data for commercial recommendations.
