Salary range: SM4C - £60,762 - £67,141

We are creating a single, focused and better-resourced Housing Team and seek your leadership to establish and embed the Team while delivering high quality services for our residents.

You will be an experienced housing professional with a commitment to service improvement and the effective operation and coordination of Local Authority statutory housing functions. You will work collaboratively with other services and external partners, taking personal responsibility to resolve issues to make a difference to our communities.
You’ll also be able to demonstrate experience in managing and developing staff, alongside leadership abilities and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Extensive housing policy and strategy experience will be an advantage.
