ABOUT THE ROLE

M-Sport UK is a world-leading motorsport business, competing at the highest levels of rally, circuit racing and beyond. Our success is built on a dedicated team of skilled individuals, working together to deliver championship-winning performance.

We are looking to appoint a Stores Counter Operative to join our busy Stores team. This role is essential in ensuring that our technical departments receive the right parts, at the right time, to keep our projects and programmes moving forward.

The role and responsibilities include:

  • Operate the stores counter, serving and issuing parts, consumables and equipment to all technicians and production departments.

  • Receive and process stock requests accurately and efficiently.

  • Handle goods coming in and out of stores, ensuring all items are correctly logged and stored.

  • Support stock control, including cycle counts and maintaining accurate records.

  • Ensure that all stock is presented and stored in a safe, organised manner.

  • Provide excellent customer service to all colleagues across the business.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a self-motivated team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude. The ideal candidate will be:

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.

  • Skilled in multitasking and prioritising workloads under pressure.

  • Computer literate with strong MS Office skills and experience using stock control systems.

  • A confident communicator who builds trust-based relationships with colleagues.

  • Technically minded with a basic understanding of automotive parts is preferred.

Preferred Experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar stores, warehouse, or parts environment, preferably within the automotive industry.
