A leading healthcare provider in the United Kingdom is seeking a Sterile Services Production Supervisor to oversee the operations within the Sterile Services Department. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with procedures, manage staff, and contribute to overall departmental effectiveness. Ideal applicants will have prior experience in sterile services procedures and related qualifications. This role offers a flexible approach and may require on-call cover.
We are currently looking recruit to the position of Sterile Services Production Supervisor. The Sterile Services Department is registered with the MHRA and holds ISO 13485:2016.
You will need to have a 'can do' flexible approach and work within all production areas of the department whilst carrying out the supervisory role. Additionally you will ideally have experience of working within an area which has Quality Management Systems in place. This is an interesting and varied role, there is also the requirement to provide on-call cover.

Contribute to the overall effectiveness of the Sterile Services Department by providing positive support to senior and junior colleagues and visitors to the SSD.
To ensure that each instrument set received into the department are processed by following the pre-set procedures relating to the SSD.
In the absence of the Sterile Services Manager and Deputy take overall responsibility for the staff and department ensuring the continuity of service.
