Join our team in Irvine, CA, a vibrant city known for its innovation and quality of life. We are seeking a seasoned professional with strong problem-solving skills and a solid understanding of statistical principles to enhance our quality engineering initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, modify, apply, and maintain quality standards and protocols for processing materials into partially finished or finished product.
  • Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing functions to ensure quality standards are in place.
  • Devise and implement methods and procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating the precision and accuracy of products and production equipment.
  • Design or specify inspection and testing mechanisms and equipment; conduct quality assurance tests; and perform statistical analysis to assess cost and responsibility for non-compliant products or materials.
  • Ensure corrective measures meet acceptable reliability standards and documentation is compliant with requirements.
  • May specialize in design, incoming material, production control, product evaluation and reliability, inventory control, and/or research and development as they apply to product or process quality.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
  • Advanced knowledge of quality engineering principles and practices.
  • Experience in test method development and validation, risk management, and design control.
  • Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
Work Environment

This position is based in Irvine, CA, and requires full-time, on-site presence. As part of our team, you will contribute to the completion of work group objectives, build relationships, and reach consensus on assignments.
