Its mission is to bring fast, affordable broadband to unserved and underserved communities around the world. Amazon Leo will help close the digital divide by delivering fast, affordable broadband to a wide range of customers in places without reliable connectivity.

The Amazon Leo business operations team is looking for a Sr. Customer Delivery Manager to join our Global Enterprise Services organization, supporting our rapidly growing aviation customer base. You will serve as the primary delivery lead for commercial airlines, business aviation operators, and aircraft OEMs, deploying Amazon Leo satellite connectivity across their fleets.

In this role, you will lead end‑to‑end customer onboarding execution, coordinating fleet‑wide deployments and managing complex multi‑aircraft implementation projects. You will work closely with airline technical teams, Amazon Leo product/program management, AWS, partner ecosystem, and Field Service Partners to ensure successful service delivery from contract signature through operational acceptance. Your project management expertise and aviation industry knowledge will enable you to drive deployment schedules, coordinate aircraft installation activities, manage regulatory compliance requirements, and ensure mission‑critical connectivity for passenger services, crew operations, and aircraft systems.

This position may require access to information, technology, or hardware that is subject to export control laws and regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Employment in this position is contingent upon obtaining any required export licenses or other approvals from the United States government. As such, the successful candidate must be eligible to obtain any necessary export licenses or approvals based on their nationality, citizenship, and any other factors considered by the applicable export control regulations.

Key job responsibilities
  • Lead customer onboarding execution for aviation deployments, coordinating across Amazon Leo product/program management, AWS, partner ecosystem, and airline technical teams to ensure successful service delivery
  • Manage assisted ordering process, system integration, and acceptance testing for aviation customers spanning commercial airlines, business aviation, and aircraft OEMs, ensuring validation meets schedule and quality requirements including STC (Supplemental Type Certificate) compliance and regulatory approvals
  • Collaborate with sales and business development leaders to plan and execute technical onboarding and acceptance testing for Amazon Leo Satellite Services delivered to aviation customers
  • Work with airline operations teams, MRO providers, and Field Service Partners to coordinate aircraft‑specific deployment scheduling, installation quality assurance, and issue resolution across fleet rollouts
  • Manage customer experience through project tracking and timeline deliverables, identifying risks and gaps ahead of time to ensure smooth aircraft installations and service activation
  • Coordinate with Amazon Leo engineering teams to ensure system acceptance testing and validation meets aviation‑specific requirements, schedule commitments, and quality standards
  • Advocate for the customer experience, coordinating with Customer Care teams around the rules of engagement during and post service delivery
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather customer requirements and propose effective delivery strategies for fleet‑wide deployments

  • Drive cross‑functional alignment across Business Development, Solutions Architects, Technical Program Managers, Customer Delivery Engineers, and Partner Success Managers to ensure seamless customer delivery
About the team

As a member of Global Enterprise Services (GES), you will be joining the Customer Delivery (CD) team, a customer‑facing regional group of experts that serves as the technical execution engine behind all B2B direct and indirect customers.
