Qualifications

• Experience in managing small and large budget projects (£5k to £2m).
• Knowledge of CDM Management Principles.
• Ability to produce project documentation including RAMs and Quality Plans.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in delivering fire sprinkler projects.
• Contribute to project initiation and handover meetings.
• Communicate with clients throughout the life of a project.

Skills

Working knowledge of engineering drawings

Project management experience

Knowledge of MS Office applications

Practiced management of on-site labour

Education

Relevant SMSTS & CSCS Card

NVQ/NHD/HNC/City & Guilds in Building Services or Mechanical discipline
