A prominent healthcare provider in Greater London is seeking a Specialist Physiotherapist in Respiratory and Surgical care. The role requires a full caseload management and involvement in clinical supervision. Candidates should possess an appropriate physiotherapy degree and HCPC registration, with experience in acute settings preferred. We have a fantastic opportunity for a Specialist Respiratory Physiotherapist with surgical experience to join our "outstanding" therapies team based at our London Bridge Hospital, as rated by CQC.
The London Bridge Hospital in South East London encompasses an outpatients and diagnostic centre in The Shard; the large world‑class hospital based at the Tooley Street site; Private Care at Guys, which is on the top four floors of Guys Hospital Cancer Centre; and outpatient and diagnostic centres across the City and Canary Wharf. With 160 beds, 22 ICU beds and 10 operating theatres we offer our patients exceptional treatment across a multitude of acute and complex care and have use of the latest technologies and healthcare innovations.
As a Specialist Respiratory Physiotherapist you will be responsible for a full clinical caseload, whilst supporting the Inpatient Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy Lead with service development initiatives, clinical supervision and auditing.
You will be involved with leading on quality initiatives within the relevant specialism whilst supporting the same across the wider respiratory team
Promote and be involved in service development, audit and research within the physiotherapy team for all areas within the respiratory service line.
You will also be responsible for a full clinical caseload, providing highly specialised physiotherapy care to patients across the London Bridge Hospital campus, including rotations across our surgical inpatient wards.

Physiotherapy Degree Qualification or MSc level
HCPC registration
Highly specialist experience in Respiratory physiotherapy (desirable) - open to applications from senior band 5s with equivalent experience
Experience working within in‑patient settings within an acute hospital (essential)
