Overview

We\'re recruiting for a Spa Therapist (0hrs) for our art\'otel Hoxton team. Long revered as London\'s effortlessly cool cultural core, Hoxton\'s hip new resident has hit the scene. The 26-floor art\'otel Hoxton offers a skyline view, gallery space, two Banksy originals, 357 guest bedrooms and suites, 10 Meetings and Events spaces, a lounge, gym, The Brush Grande Café and the Spa!

• Provide a range of spa treatments, including massages (Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone), facials, body scrubs and wraps, all tailored to each client\'s needs.
• Confidently conduct client consultations to understand preferences, concerns and any contraindications, helping guests feel welcome, listened to and cared for.
• Maintain accurate client records, including treatment history and feedback.
• Ensure the treatment environment is clean, well organized and presented, including treatment rooms and equipment.
• Assist with the retail sale of spa products and recommend suitable items to clients.
• Promote a helpful and professional image to our guests and our team.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 & 3 Qualified - Beauty Therapy
• Flexible and available where needed
• Knowledge of other spa facilities and ready to recommend them
• Up to date with the latest trends and techniques in spa treatments and therapies
• Uphold high standards of hygiene and sanitation; follow spa protocols and industry regulations
• Knowledgeable about skincare, wellness practices and aftercare; ready to educate clients and enhance their spa experience
• Strong people skills and the ability to connect with others
