The Opportunity

We’re seeking a Solutions Architect with deep expertise in network infrastructure, strong Azure and Microsoft 365 skills, and proven experience in the Managed Service Provider (MSP) sector. This is your chance to join a forward-thinking, high-performance IT team delivering cutting-edge solutions to a diverse client base.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for designing, scoping, and implementing end-to-end technology solutions for clients across multiple sectors. Working closely with technical teams and stakeholders, you’ll ensure solutions are not only technically robust but also aligned to business goals and industry best practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of solutions covering network infrastructure, Azure, and Microsoft 365.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients, guiding them on cloud migration, optimisation, and digital transformation.
• Work with project managers, engineers, and account managers to deliver projects on time and to specification.
• Experience designing secure-by-default architectures, including identity management, data protection, and endpoint security – what tailoring emerging technology like Co-pilot, Cloud Tech, automation and shaping future technology for clients.
• Be client facing / Pre-Sales / Statements of Work (SoWs) that clearly define scope, deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities.
• Produce high-quality technical documentation, diagrams, and proposals.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies and industry trends within On Prem, cloud and networking.

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven track record as a Solutions Architect (or similar role) within an MSP/fast paced, multi-client environment.
• Strong expertise in network infrastructure – including routing, switching, firewalls, and WAN/LAN design.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, networking, governance).
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, security & compliance).
• Solid understanding of ITIL and MSP service delivery models.
• Excellent client-facing skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
