Responsibilities

• Develop architectural solutions for new deals or major change requests in existing deals.
• Create an enterprise-wide architecture that ensures systems are scalable, reliable, and manageable.
• Provide solutioning for RFPs and ensure overall design assurance.
• Define direction to manage the portfolio of to-be-solutions, including systems, shared infrastructure services, and applications to align with business outcomes.
• Analyze technology environments, enterprise specifics, and client requirements to design collaboration frameworks/architectures.
• Provide technical leadership to design, develop, and implement custom solutions using modern technology.
• Define current-state solutions and identify improvements, options, and tradeoffs to define target-state solutions.
• Articulate, document, and present architectural targets, recommendations, and reusable patterns; propose investment roadmaps.
• Evaluate and recommend solutions to integrate with the overall technology ecosystem.
• Work with IT groups to transition tasks, ensure performance, and manage issues through resolution.
• Document architectural designs and solutions with detailed artefacts (App view and multiple views).
• Validate solutions/prototypes from technology, cost, and customer differentiation perspectives.
• Identify problem areas, perform root-cause analysis of architectural design, and provide relevant solutions.
• Collaborate with sales, program/project, and consulting teams to reconcile solutions with architecture.
• Track industry and application trends and relate them to current and future IT needs.
• Provide technical and strategic input during project planning with architectural designs and recommendations.
• Review objectives and constraints of solutions for conformance with Enterprise Architecture; identify implementation risks and impacts.
• Enable delivery teams by providing optimal delivery solutions/frameworks.
• Build and maintain relationships with executives, technical leaders, product owners, and other stakeholders as a trusted advisor.
• Develop metrics (KPI/SLA) to drive results and manage multiple projects with standard project management processes.
• Identify technical, process, and structural risks; prepare risk mitigation plans.
• Ensure quality assurance of architecture and design decisions; provide technical mitigation support to delivery teams.
• Recommend tools for reuse and automation to improve productivity and reduce cycle times.
• Lead development and maintenance of enterprise framework and artefacts.
• Foster collaboration across product teams to build trust and effective working relationships.
• Ensure consistent application of architecture principles and standards across projects.
• Support client engagement and pre-sales by presenting solution designs and their principles to clients.
• Negotiate and coordinate with client teams to ensure requirements are met and demonstrate impact of proposed solutions.
• Demonstrate thought leadership and strong technical capability to win client confidence as a trusted advisor.
