An Outside IR35 Contract Opportunity: Solution Architect

A high-profile public sector programme is looking for an experienced Solution Architect to help deliver critical digital services that make a real difference in people's lives.
You'll join a dynamic and expanding architecture team focused on future modelling and strategic design-supporting the delivery of multiple complex workstreams within a national digital transformation initiative.

Key Responsibilities
· Lead on the design and development of solution architectures across diverse delivery teams
· Align business strategy with scalable and secure technology solutions
· Act as the technical lead for stakeholder engagement, ensuring solutions meet governance and design standards
· Collaborate with cyber security, delivery, and external supplier teams to ensure secure, sustainable implementation
· Provide technical assurance and help shape architectural strategy and continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For
· Proven experience in delivering integrated, digital solutions at scale in complex environments
· Strong communication skills to convey architectural ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
· Experience using enterprise architecture frameworks and design governance tools
· Awareness of Agile methodologies, public sector procurement, and risk management
· Ability to work independently and influence others within a fast-paced, evolving environment

You must hold a valid Basic Disclosure Scotland Certificate and meet Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance prior to starting
