Qualifications

• Experience managing site teams as a Site Manager or Team Leader.
• Previous experience as a Commercial Qualified Electrician.
• Proven leadership and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• SMSTS / IOSH managing safely preferred or willing to take.
• Good IT skills including Microsoft Office package.
• Full driving license.
• Positive attitude and excellent people skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial Solar PV installations from start to finish.
• Ensure sites meet health & safety legislation.
• Manage and communicate with 2–4 installer teams.
• Coordinate materials and logistics for each installation.
• Carry out quality control checks and site inspections.
