A crucial part of BBC’s strategy is migrating our audience from linear TV into iPlayer & Sounds. The products our team own focus on exactly this, offering easy and enticing journeys from linear TV into digital content. We work across many TV platforms including Sky Q, Sky Glass/Stream, Freeview, Freely and Virgin Media to provide Red and Green Button journeys either direct into relevant iPlayer/Sounds content or to view promoted content available.
Our products are underpinned by a technically diverse architecture, blending the latest cloud services and well-established broadcast engineering. We are increasingly using multi variant testing to ensure we develop new features and enhancements that the audience love and engage with. We offer a unique opportunity to use and develop a broad range of technical skills within a supportive, high performing team.
If you can bring some of these skills and experience, along with transferable strengths, we’d love to hear from you and encourage you to apply.
