Qualifications

What are we looking for?

  • A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years’ experience in software development
  • Proficiency in any 3GL or 4GL programming language (Uniface experience is a huge plus – and don’t worry, we’ll train you if not!)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset
  • Excellent communication and customer engagement skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible, proactive, and eager to try new approaches

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience with financial services software
  • Knowledge of JIRA, Oracle, or MS/SQL databases
