A local government authority in Sefton is looking for an enthusiastic social worker for a full-time, fixed-term position. This role involves conducting assessments and developing support plans to promote independence and sustainability. Candidates must possess a Social Work degree and be registered with Social Work England. Experience in community work and working with individuals with disabilities is an advantage. This position offers structured support and training opportunities, along with a protected caseload.
Adult Social Care Review and Transformation Team - Full time / 6 months fixed-term contract
The Review and Transformation team are looking for an enthusiastic and creative social worker to join our team. The team covers the whole borough of Sefton, and focuses on assessment and review activity, and a number of specialist projects, as part of the transformation programme - with a focus on promoting independence, prevention and sustainability. This is an ideal opportunity for a newly qualified social worker. The successful applicant must have a Social Work degree or equivalent qualification, and be able to register/be registered with Social Work England.
