What you will do

• Provide line management for a dedicated social work team, including four social workers and an Assistant Practitioner.
• Ensure that case management is conducted in the least restrictive and most person-centred manner, prioritising client welfare and autonomy.
• Oversee safeguarding processes, ensuring that all work complies with statutory regulations and that timescales are adhered to.
• Work collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to provide comprehensive, holistic support to clients.
• Participate in the development of service strategies, contributing to policy planning and the implementation of new procedures.
• Support and mentor team members, facilitating professional growth and development within the team.
