Overview

Small Format Print Finisher

Location: Harlow, Essex
Salary: DOE
Company: Leading Digital Print and Display Company.

Role

This is a hands-on role where you'll be involved in the final stages of production ensuring every job leaves the production facility finished to the highest standard. You'll work with cutting-edge equipment like Konica Minolta, Xerox etc. Contributing to a wide variety of projects including brochures, promotional products, display products etc

Responsibilities

• Operate small format printing equipment efficiently and safely
• Maintain high-quality print standards and attention to detail
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues
• Assist with finishing processes (cutting, laminating, folding etc.)
• Learn and support large format printing operations as training progresses
• Ensure workspace is clean and organized

Requirements

• Proven experience operating small format printers (Konica Minolta, Xerox)
• Experience operating guillotines, laminating etc
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Willingness to learn and grow into large format printing
• Good organizational and teamwork skills
• Basic technical troubleshooting skills
