Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year operating machinery and running a production line.
• Ability to operate, clean, and maintain machinery.
• Experience in food manufacturing on a large scale.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery effectively to support the production of high-quality products.
• Monitor equipment output and report performance issues.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Meet or exceed daily production targets.
• Conduct safety checks in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Skills

Understanding of health & safety standards

Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

Knowledge of hygiene and PPE protocols

Basic fault-finding skills

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Physically fit and capable of lifting loads in excess of 25kg

Education

Basic education (GCSEs or equivalent preferred)

Mechanical or technical qualification (desirable)
