Overview

UKR Group is looking for an experienced Site Manager to start ASAP in London.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of construction sites, ensuring work is carried out safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Manage and coordinate site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and address any issues that may cause delays or impact quality.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Interpret drawings, specifications, and construction plans, ensuring adherence throughout the project.
  • Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, surveyors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and risk assessments.
  • Manage site logistics, including deliveries, storage of materials, and site security.
  • Maintain accurate records of work, including daily site diaries, material usage, and staff attendance.
  • Resolve site-related challenges and ensure smooth communication between all stakeholders.
