Qualifications

• Experience in external wall insulation within the social housing market is advantageous.
• Proven experience in site or contract management.
• Ability to keep good site records and data using technology.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractors and ensure delivery of projects.
• Plan and manage quality management and resource strategies.
• Comply with health and safety policies and procedures.

Skills

External Wall Insulation experience within social housing market

Site/contract management experience

IOSH Managing Safely or Site Management Safety (SMSTS)

Able to communicate and motivate site trades and subcontractors

Able to implement recovery plans and manage and monitor progress

Able to performance manage trades and subcontractors against quality, safety and programme targets

Able to keep abreast of technological legislation

Able to use technology to program works

Education

IOSH Managing Safely or Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) qualification

CSCS Card

1st Aid Certificate
