Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a school refurbishment project in Brighton. The role requires a valid SMSTS/SSSTS, First Aid, CSCS Card, and a DBS certificate. The contractor will work from October 2025 for 4 months, with hours from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, at a rate of £250 per day.

Qualifications

  • Experience in refurbishment projects.
  • Valid SMSTS/SSSTS, First Aid and CSCS Card required.
  • DBS certificate is essential.

Requirements

  • Working Hours – 7:30am till 4:30pm
  • Rate: £250 per day (CIS Direct Payment)
