Overview

Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
Hours: Four-day working week (Monday-Thursday) with overtime opportunities
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Location: Based in Penrith, with travelling to customer sites.

DRIVING LICENCE REQUIRED

NXT Recruitment are proud to be working with a leading manufacturer of bespoke timber windows and doors who are looking to add a skilled and motivated Site Joiner to their growing installation team.

This role will involve travelling to customer locations to install high- quality products, ensuring exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail on every project.

Responsibilities
  • Install bespoke timber windows and doors to the highest standard
  • Lead by example on site, setting and maintaining exceptional quality standards
  • Work closely with other joiners to ensure smooth and efficient installations
  • Carry out accurate measurements, adjustments, and finishing work as required
  • Maintain a tidy, safe, and professional working environment on site
  • Liaise professionally with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Support the development of best practices within the team
Skills
  • Joinery experience
  • Trade qualification in joinery or carpentry
