Job description
Overview

You own and manage our customer specific shopper marketing plans to deliver best in class, category leading execution ensuring our brands our visible, engaging and exciting our shoppers from sofa to store, priming, directing and converting them at point of purchase. You will liaise with a variety of key stakeholders both internally and externally, developing our plans, articulating the rationale and selling and negotiating media space and plans with customers and agencies.

Responsibilities
  • Own our day-to-day shopper marketing plans, converting our marketing campaigns into shopper specific, customer aligned plans delivered through the right media channels to meet our campaign objectives
  • Manage agency relationships, building strong relationships with our agency partners to build, decide and deliver effective and market leading plans
  • Engage with our key customer contacts to co-create, and bring to life our shopper marketing plans aligned with their key objectives.
  • Track, post-evaluate and report activity versus plan of all activity in customers and recommend improvements and key insights for future strategy development
Qualifications
  • A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:
  • Experience in a fast-moving consumer goods industry with experience working with grocery customers preferred
  • Experience in Shopper Marketing and Retail Media preferred
  • Project management in a supply chain or commercial context
  • Analytical skills

  • Finding new and innovative solutions
  • Customer and category knowledge is a distinct advantage, Heaps of enthusiasm, positive, can-do attitude, tenacity, team player.

Travel requirements

You will be required to travel to customer and agencies for relevant meetings (circa 2-3 times a month but more if required during busy periods)
