The position
We are seeking a strategic and technically proficient ServiceNow Platform Manager to lead the governance, development, and optimization of our ServiceNow environment. This role is responsible for ensuring the platform delivers maximum value to the business, aligns with enterprise architecture, and supports digital transformation initiatives.
Reporting to the Global IT Service Delivery Director (Group & Digital) you'll need to be proactive and autonomous as you take on a team responsible for delivering both major transformation and business as usual services. You'll lead the vision and roadmap for ServiceNow and will ensure that capabilities align with IT and business strategy. You'll build deep relationships with stakeholders, particularly the Global VP of IT Operations, where you will be instrumental in supporting the transformation of IT capabilities across the globe.
