Job summary

A global real estate service provider seeks a Service Charge Accountant to manage service charge processes for properties in the UK and Europe. Responsibilities include preparing service charge demands, reviewing lease agreements, and collaborating with various teams to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction. Candidates must have a degree in finance or a related field, alongside excellent communication and organizational skills. Experience with property management tools such as Yardi is preferred. Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role within high-end residential development.
• Good knowledge of ARMA or RICS code of practice.
• Understanding of UK property law and service charge regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage service charges across properties.
• Review lease agreements and service charge budgets.
• Prepare and issue service charge demands to tenants.
