Overview

Automotive Service Advisor required in Kettering

Up to £29,000 basic salary + £5,000 OTE. Monday to Friday, Saturday AM on rota.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy Main Dealership that is looking for a passionate Customer Advisor to join the family. The department and dealership are spear-headed by a management structure who understand the business and the manufacturer inside out. You will ideally hold Main Dealer service experience but those with strong Automotive experience elsewhere in the trade would be considered.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and scheduling services
• Keeping customers updated on the progress of their vehicle
• Providing additional services including service plans
• Handling customer complaints

Requirements & Training

You will require previous Automotive experience, however you do not require Main Dealer experience as this site will offer you the support and training required to achieve your potential.
