Overview

Service Advisor – Basic Salary up to £25,000 • OTE up to £29,000 • Location: Bury St Edmunds • Hours: Mon - Fri 08:00am - 17:30pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays 08:00am - 12:00pm

Responsibilities

• Arranging Service Department bookings.
• Ensure efficient workshop loading, whilst attending to all customer requirements to the expected standards.
• Upselling works to be completed and special offers/Service Plans
