Overview

Senior Technician required for Automotive independent garage in the Leamington Spa area. Our Client, an Automotive independent garage is currently seeking a Senior Technician to join their team of hardworking Vehicle Technicians.

• Overtime & Bonus: Time and a half for overtime, with a productivity bonus scheme offering an extra £200 - £500 per month on a sliding scale.
• Work Schedule: 40-hour work week with 1 in 3 Saturdays on a rota.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing Complex Faults
• Offering your expertise as a Senior Vehicle Technician to colleagues and supporting them within the workshop
• Working on Complex Repairs
• Assisting the ‘newer’ members of the team with their training
• Working closely with the Workshop Controller

Requirements

• Be a fully qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
• Experience within a Senior Vehicle Technician position in a Franchised environment
• A strong working experience within Diagnostic Repair
• Methodical problem-solving skills

For your hard work our Client you will be rewarded with a basic salary of up to £42000.

The hours of this Senior Vehicle Technician role are 40 hours per week.
