  • Produce accurate budgets and costings using rental management software
  • Create technical drawings using AutoCAD and prepare project documentation
  • Produce Health & Safety paperwork and champion best practice onsite
  • Coordinate logistics, suppliers, and internal resources across multiple projects
  • Lead and supervise teams onsite from load‑in to load‑out
  • Liaise with venues and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery
  • Finalise projects post‑delivery, including debriefs and client feedback
  • Proactively identify opportunities for repeat business and growth
  • Act as an ambassador for the business at all times
Experience and Skills Required
  • Proven experience in the live events or production industry
  • Strong technical background in lighting, audio, or video, with the ability to specify full systems in at least one core discipline
  • Hands‑on leadership experience delivering projects onsite
  • Confident producing quotes, managing budgets, and presenting to clients
  • Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills
  • High level of computer literacy; AutoCAD and Microsoft Office experience highly desirable
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative, can‑do attitude
  • Full driving licence beneficial
  • Willingness to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
What’s On Offer
  • A senior, client‑facing role within a respected live events production environment
  • Long‑term career progression and ongoing technical training
  • A supportive, collaborative team culture
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including enhanced holiday, healthcare, pension, and wellbeing initiatives
