I'm working with a fast-growing FinTech scale-up based in Manchester that are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join a highly capable engineering team and play a key role in shaping the next phase of their platform.

This is a genuine opportunity to work on meaningful, high-traffic systems while still having a strong voice in technical decisions.

The Role

As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll be part of a cross-functional product team of 8 engineers, working closely with Product Managers, QA, and UX. You'll be hands‑on with development while also influencing architecture, mentoring others, and driving engineering best practices.

Projects you'll be involved in include:

• Building and evolving cloud‑native .NET services that process millions of transactions
• Designing scalable APIs and modernising legacy components
• Improving system performance, reliability, and security
