We are seeking a passionate and experienced safeguarding professional to join our team in a part‑time role within a job share arrangement as a Senior Safeguarding Manager. Together, you will support the Designated Safeguarding Lead in ensuring our campus remains a safe and supportive environment for all students. You’ll take the lead on serious safeguarding cases, provide expert guidance to staff, and represent the college externally to strengthen our safeguarding practice.
